Responsibilities * Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service. * Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the F\&B team. * Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally. * Maintain food quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards. * Coordinate staff schedules and daily shift assignments. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in Food \& Beverage operations, including **1 year in a supervisory role**. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Good knowledge of restaurant or hospitality operations. * Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management. * Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Previous experience in **Qatar or the GCC** is preferred.
