Manage drivers, routes, schedules, and maintain high safety standards **Transport Supervisor – School** Responsible for supervising and coordinating daily school transportation operations, ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of students. The role involves managing school buses, drivers, attendants, routes, schedules, and daily transport activities while maintaining high standards of student safety and service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily school bus operations, routes, and schedules. * Coordinate and monitor drivers and bus attendants. * Ensure students are transported safely and on time. * Monitor bus attendance, boarding, drop\-off, and route movements. * Handle transportation\-related complaints, incidents, and emergencies. * Conduct regular inspections of buses and ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and roadworthy. * Coordinate with the school administration, parents, drivers, and transport team. * Monitor driver performance, punctuality, attendance, and compliance with school policies. * Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and school transportation procedures. * Maintain accurate transport records, reports, and documentation. * Manage route changes and transportation requirements during school events and activities. * Report accidents, delays, safety concerns, and other operational issues to management. * Support continuous improvement of school transportation services. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in school transport, fleet management, or transportation operations. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Ability to manage drivers/ Monitors and Admin and transport staff effectively. * Good knowledge of road safety and transportation procedures. * Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure. * Good organizational and problem\-solving skills. * Valid driving license is an advantage. * **Male preferred.** Language\-\-Hindi/urdu, English\-\-Mandatory and Arabic would be an advantage Please email your resume at\-\- hrcareers.ayeza@gmail.com Please note, only apply if you meet the above criteria Pay: QAR2,500\.00 \- QAR4,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
