Summary: Seeking an experienced FM Supervisor – MEP to oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and basic Civil maintenance activities within commercial and residential facilities. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and local regulations Shelter Facility Management Services is seeking an experienced **FM Supervisor – MEP** to oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and basic Civil maintenance activities within commercial and residential facilities. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient operation of building systems, supervise maintenance teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain compliance with HSE and local authority requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise preventive, corrective, and reactive MEP maintenance activities. * Monitor HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, ventilation systems, and associated equipment. * Oversee electrical systems, lighting, generators, distribution panels, and power systems. * Supervise plumbing, water supply, drainage, irrigation, and fire alarm interfaces. * Coordinate maintenance activities with subcontractors and specialized service providers. * Respond to MEP\-related complaints, breakdowns, and emergency situations. * Monitor BMS and CAFM systems and ensure timely closure of work orders. * Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance requirements. * Supervise technicians, operators, and outsourced manpower. * Allocate daily tasks and monitor team productivity and performance. * Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and asset documentation. * Monitor spare parts inventory and consumable stock levels. * Support and coordinate basic civil maintenance activities. * Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and local regulations. **Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering. * Minimum **5 years of experience** in Facilities Management or MEP maintenance. * Experience in commercial buildings, malls, hotels, residential towers, or mixed\-use developments. * Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, BMS, and CAFM systems. * Experience supervising maintenance teams and subcontractors. * Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency situations. * Technical certifications related to HVAC, Electrical, or Facilities Management will be an advantage. * Good command of English (spoken and written). **Apply Now:** recruitment2025doha@gmail.com Work Location: In person
