Summary: This role involves comprehensive fiber optic testing, splicing, cable management, network activation, restoration, and telecommunication infrastructure maintenance. Highlights: 1. Expertise in fiber optic testing and troubleshooting (OTDR, Power Meter, VFL) 2. Proficiency in fusion splicing, cable management, and network activation 3. Experience in telecommunication infrastructure maintenance and restoration * Fiber Optic Testing \& Troubleshooting: OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) operation, Power Meter, Visual Fault Locator (VFL) usage, high\-loss troubleshooting * Fiber Splicing \& Cable Management: Fusion splicing, termination, cable preparation, insertion/splicing in closures, LCP/NAP box installation, Optical Distribution Box (ODB) and Fiber Distribution Terminal (FDT) rehabilitation * Network Activation \& Restoration: Tower activation, backbone cable splicing to CO/command center, restoration after fiber cuts, high\-loss recovery * Telecommunication Infrastructure Maintenance: Preventive and corrective maintenance, fault isolation, network restoration procedures Minimum Skills/Knowledge: * Good written and spoken English language skills * Middle East working experience * Valid third Party Splicing Corticate is mandatory Pay: QAR2,308\.00 \- QAR8,680\.69 per month Work Location: In person
