Strong focus on electrical maintenance and safety regulations **Job Title :** Foreman (Electrical ) **Location:** Qatar **Job Responsibilities** * Supervise and ensure the team performs all assigned maintenance tasks efficiently and safely. * Train and guide team members on maintenance procedures and best practices. * Ensure the team has adequate knowledge of all assigned assets and installations. * Carry out Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) as scheduled and within the required timelines. * Perform corrective maintenance and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks. * Coordinate and assist subcontractors in carrying out assigned work. * Ensure high\-quality workmanship from the team and maintain quality standards. * Report defects, breakdowns, damages, and other maintenance issues to the Fault Reporting Center or Engineer. * Follow the assigned duty roster and work schedules. * Monitor and report spare parts requirements and availability. * Follow instructions from Supervisors, Engineers, and Management. * Assist in preparing documents required for internal and external audits. * Ensure compliance with company policies related to safety, personal hygiene, dress code, and professional conduct. * Comply with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards and client requirements. * Attend all mandatory HSEQ training sessions and follow company procedures. * Report any lack of tools, equipment, or resources required to perform the work safely. * Report accidents, incidents, near misses, or health\-related events to the line manager immediately. * Prepare and implement Method Statements (MS), Risk Assessments (RA), and COSHH documentation. * Ensure all required work permits are obtained before commencing work. * Verify that team members have completed the required statutory training for assigned tasks. * Ensure all staff understand and follow the approved Method Statements and Risk Assessments. * Monitor the implementation of control measures specified in MS/RA. * Report any observations or required corrections related to MS/RA to the HSEQ Department. * Ensure all team members wear the required PPE and use appropriate tools and equipment. * Perform any other related duties as assigned. **Requirements** * Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification. * Minimum **5 years of relevant maintenance experience** in the **Facility Management** industry. * Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance and preventive maintenance practices. * Good understanding of safety regulations and standards such as **OSHA, MSDS, NFPA, and British Standards (BS)**. * Strong leadership, team\-building, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to resolve conflicts and train maintenance personnel. * Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels. * Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple maintenance activities. **Benefits** * Food provided by the company. * Accommodation provided by the company. * Transportation provided by the company.
