The ideal candidate will oversee daily site operations, manage manpower, and ensure all construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and timelines. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily **site construction activities** * Manage and allocate workforce, materials, and equipment * Ensure work is carried out as per **approved drawings and specifications** * Monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of tasks * Enforce **health \& safety (HSE) regulations** on\-site * Conduct daily **toolbox talks and safety briefings** * Inspect ongoing works to ensure **quality standards** * Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project teams * Identify site issues and implement corrective actions * Report progress, issues, and delays to management **Qualifications** * Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil Engineering or related field * Trade certification is an advantage **Experience** * Minimum **5–8 years of experience** as a Foreman * Mandatory experience in **high\-rise / tower projects (Qatar or GCC)** Job Type: Permanent Application Question(s): * What is your notice period? * What is your expected salary? * Can you join immediately? * Do you have a valid Qatar driving license? * How many years of experience do you have in high rise/tower projects?
