Career growth opportunities **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities in the joinery/wood factory. * Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards. * Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, Procurement, and Project teams to meet project schedules. * Monitor production efficiency, optimize workflow, and minimize material waste. * Supervise factory staff, carpenters, machine operators, and production supervisors. * Ensure all products comply with approved shop drawings and project specifications. * Manage production planning, material availability, and machine utilization. * Implement quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process. * Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with company HSE policies. * Prepare daily and weekly production reports and provide updates to management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * 5–10 years of production engineering experience in a joinery or wood manufacturing factory. * Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, production planning, and factory operations. * Experience in interior fit\-out, custom joinery, and carpentry manufacturing is essential. * Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications. * Strong leadership, planning, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage. * **Arab nationality prefered** * GCC experience is an advantage. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary: QAR 7,000–10,000 per month. * Career growth opportunities. * Professional and supportive work environment. * Opportunity to work on prestigious interior fit\-out and joinery projects. **Experience Required:** 5–10 years **Job Type:** Full\-time **Joining:** Immediate If you meet the above criteria and are looking to grow your career in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
