Deliver requested items to guest rooms, such as rollaway beds and refrigerators. Deliver extra towels, bathrobes, and other items to guest rooms. Provide guests with complimentary toiletries, such as toothpaste, razors, and shampoo. Deliver items (e.g., food, messages, toiletries, correspondence, faxes, packages, flowers, gift items, and miscellaneous items) to guest rooms. Deliver rollaway beds, cribs, linens, toiletries, and other guest-requested items to guest rooms. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company property. Support all coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds (22.50 kg) or equivalent without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire work shift. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects). Reach above the head and below the knees, including bending, twisting the waist, pulling, and stooping.
