Coordinate with clients and respond promptly to operational concerns We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Senior Supervisor** to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, extensive cleaning and soft services experience, and the ability to effectively manage operations across multiple client locations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage cleaning and operations across multiple sites. * Lead, train, and motivate supervisors, team leaders, and cleaning staff to ensure service excellence. * Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements. * Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, productivity, and performance across all assigned locations. * Coordinate with clients and respond promptly to operational concerns, complaints, and service requests. * Ensure proper utilization of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and consumables. * Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards at all times. * Prepare operational reports, incident reports, and client feedback reports. * Ensure all sites comply with company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations. **Requirements:** ✔ Minimum **5 years of supervisory experience** in Facilities Management, Cleaning, or Soft Services within the GCC. ✔ Minimum **2 years of experience managing multiple locations/sites simultaneously.** ✔ Strong knowledge of cleaning methodologies, chemicals, equipment, color\-coding systems, and industry best practices. ✔ Experience handling large workforces in a facilities management environment. ✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. ✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage client expectations effectively. ✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). ✔ Valid GCC driving license preferred. ✔ BICSc, ISSA, or other cleaning industry certifications will be an advantage.
