Support management and leadership teams in addressing and resolving human resources issues. Track that the entire recruitment process complies with local, state, federal laws and company policies and standards. Report employee relations issues to the human resources department. Respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns from employees and managers regarding company or HR programs, policies, and guidelines. Communicate information related to employer-employee relationships, employee activities, HR policies, and programs to employees. Verify and manage accurate maintenance of employee records and files, including interview documents and I\-9 forms. Prepare, manage, and schedule annual employee surveys and related tasks. Answer telephone calls and record messages. Support management in recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, counseling, disciplinary actions, motivation, and coaching employees. Follow all company, safety, and security policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries, and hazardous work conditions to a manager. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Welcome and greet all guests according to company standards. Use clear, professional language when speaking with others and answer the phone with proper etiquette. Build positive working relationships by appropriately addressing other employees' concerns and support teamwork to achieve common goals. Use computers and point-of-sale systems to input and retrieve job-related information. Move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 10 pounds (approximately 4\.5 kg) without assistance.
