Transform raw footage into engaging video content for digital platforms **About the Role** We are looking for a highly creative and efficient **AI\-Assisted Video Editor** to join our team. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into high\-performing, engaging video content for social media and digital platforms. The ideal candidate isn't just a master of traditional editing software; they are an early adopter who leverages AI tools to streamline post\-production, automate repetitive tasks, and scale content output without compromising quality. **Key Responsibilities** * **Content Production:** Edit and assemble high\-quality video content (social media shorts, ads, and promotional pieces) that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals. * **AI Integration:** Implement and optimize AI\-assisted post\-production workflows for tasks such as automated captioning, noise reduction, motion tracking, and scene detection (using tools like Descript, Runway, or similar). * **Workflow Efficiency:** Maintain a highly organized file system, manage version control, and develop templates to speed up the delivery of iterative assets. * **Collaborative Creativity:** Partner with our creative team to interpret briefs and feedback, ensuring every edit is optimized for performance metrics (e.g., hold rate, watch time, and conversion). * **Quality Control:** Ensure all exports meet technical specifications for various platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) while maintaining impeccable sync and audio balance. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * **Core Editing:** 3\+ years of experience in non\-linear editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro). * **AI Tool Proficiency:** Hands\-on experience with AI\-assisted editing tools (e.g., Runway, Descript, Whisper/ASR, or automated motion graphic tools). * **Motion Graphics:** Proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics and template creation (MOGRTs). * **Storytelling:** A strong understanding of pacing, narrative structure, and platform\-specific video trends. * **Technical Hygiene:** Exceptional file management skills and a structured approach to proxy workflows and metadata. **Application Instructions** Please submit your resume and a **link to your portfolio/reel** showcasing your best work.
