Summary: Seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer/System Administrator with strong technical knowledge to manage and troubleshoot diverse IT infrastructure. Highlights: 1. Engage with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS & DHCP management WE ARE HIRING – IT SUPPORT ENGINEER Work Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar Duration: 3 Months Requirements: Minimum 5–6 years of experience in IT Support / System Administration Experience supporting multiple branches/sites (remote \& on\-site) Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routers \& switches Hands\-on experience with Cisco and Fortinet devices Windows 10/11 \& Microsoft Office 365 support Windows Server Administration (2016/2019/2022\) Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS \& DHCP management Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Firewall configuration and troubleshooting (FortiGate, Sophos, SonicWall, Cisco) Experience with CCTV, Biometric Attendance \& Access Control Systems Hardware installation, maintenance, and IT asset management Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills Free Visa with Valid QID Mandatory Ras Laffan Gate Pass is an advantage Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
