Summary: This is a hands-on floor role managing the daily operations of a premium thobe and garment care center, focusing on quality and capacity building. Highlights: 1. Ensure proper fabric care and maintain quality standards **About the role** You’ll run the day\-to\-day of a premium thobe and garment care operation, from intake through washing, finishing, and dispatch. This is a hands\-on floor role, not a desk role. The center is scaling, so you’ll be building capacity while keeping quality where it is. **Responsibilities** * Manage daily laundry, dry\-cleaning, pressing, and finishing operations. * Supervise a production team of 15\+ employees and monitor daily targets. * Ensure proper fabric care, stain treatment, and handling of thobes and delicate garments. * Monitor production quality, workflow, and turnaround time. * Analyze production data and support operational decision\-making. * Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards. * Coordinate equipment, supplies, and production capacity as required. **Requirements** * 4\+ years of laundry, dry cleaning, or garment care experience, with 2\+ years in a supervisory/management role. * Strong knowledge of fabric care, stain treatment, pressing, and finishing. * Experience managing 15\+ production staff. * Arabic and English working proficiency. * CleanCloud or similar system experience is an advantage. * Hospitality/hotel laundry experience is preferred. * Valid QID or transferable visa preferred.
