**Responsibilities:** Discuss base designs with the production team Identify suitable techniques for mass production Meet clients to understand design requirements Create rough designs and patterns for the manufacturing unit Develop accurate and innovative garment patterns Examine designer sketches and sample patterns for accuracy Provide stitching and pattern\-saving instructions to the tailoring team Obtain client approval before production Train new staff in pattern cutting and pattern\-making techniques **Requirements:** Minimum 5 years of experience in pattern making Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Graphic Design / Visual Arts Male candidates preferred Strong expertise in handmade pattern making Knowledge of grading patterns using CAD systems Age: 22–32 years Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR5,000\.00 per month
