Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant team members The Assistant Restaurant Manager support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining luxury dining standards, and achieving operational and financial objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in managing the day\-to\-day restaurant operations. * Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally. * Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant team members. * Monitor service quality and compliance with fine\-dining standards. * Manage staff schedules, attendance, and operational productivity. * Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management. * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health \& safety regulations. * Assist in achieving sales targets through effective upselling and service excellence. * Prepare operational reports and support administrative functions. **Requirements:** * Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. * Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. * Experience in luxury dining, upscale cafés, or hospitality environments preferred. * Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office. * **Fluent in Arabic** and proficient in English **(Bilingual)** * **Fluency in Arabic is required** for this role due to business and customer service requirements.
