Provide friendly and professional customer service in a fast-paced environment **BARISTA** **Position:** Barista **Department:** Food \& Beverage Job Summary We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and skilled **Barista** to join our Food \& Beverage team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and serve coffee, espresso\-based beverages, teas, and other drinks according to company standards. * Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other bar equipment properly. * Take customer orders and provide friendly and professional service. * Ensure consistency in the quality, taste, and presentation of all beverages. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and work area at all times. * Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures. * Monitor inventory and inform the supervisor of low\-stock items. * Assist with opening and closing duties. * Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly. * Follow company policies, procedures, and Food \& Beverage standards. * Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications \& Requirements * Previous experience as a **Barista** is preferred. * Knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso extraction, and basic latte art. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. * Good teamwork and interpersonal skills. * Must be reliable, punctual, and well\-presented. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage. * Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required. * Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
