Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on data projects About the Role We are looking for an experienced **Data Scientist** to develop data models, dashboards, analytical reports, and predictive solutions that support management decision\-making and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement data models and analytical solutions. * Build interactive **Power BI dashboards** and management reports. * Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities. * Develop predictive models using **Python, SQL, and Machine Learning** techniques. * Define and monitor KPIs and performance indicators. * Translate business requirements into data\-driven solutions. * Support digital transformation and data\-driven decision\-making initiatives. * Prepare analytical reports and presentations for management. * Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency. * Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on data projects. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field**. * Master's degree is preferred. * **6–10 years of relevant experience** in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. * Strong hands\-on experience with **Power BI and Data Analytics**. * Strong knowledge of **Python and SQL**. * Experience with **Machine Learning and predictive analytics**. * Experience developing dashboards, KPI reports, and analytical models. * Data Science, AI, or related professional certifications are preferred. * Experience with **government organizations or digital transformation projects** is preferred. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Qatar/GCC experience is an advantage.
