Summary: Seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer with strong .NET/C# development skills and proven project management expertise to lead technical teams and software projects. Highlights: 1. Lead technical teams and manage software projects from planning to delivery 2. Utilize strong .NET/C# development and ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API skills 3. Apply project management, client coordination, and Agile/Scrum expertise **Position: Lead Software Engineer – .NET \& Project Management Experience** Must be experienced in .NET development and Project Management Must be Proficient in Arabic \& English (S/R/W) **Must be immediate and available in Qatar with QID \& NOC** **Key Requirement:** * Strong experience in **.NET / C\# development** * Proven experience as a **Lead Software Engineer** * Experience leading technical teams and software projects * Strong knowledge of **ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API, SQL Server** * Project management and client coordination experience * Experience in project planning, delivery, and team management * Strong leadership and communication skills * **PMP certification is preferred** * 8\+ to 10 \+ years of relevant Project Management experience \& .Dot net Developer * Strong experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery * Experience managing scope, budget, resources, risks, and timelines * Strong stakeholder and client management skills * Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills * Experience managing IT/software development projects preferred.
