The company focuses on delivering quality products and reliable services to meet the needs of its clients and partners in both local and regional markets. **What You'll Do:** * Coordinate and manage the movement of goods, materials, and deliveries across supply chain operations. * Plan and schedule shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers or distribution centers. * Monitor transportation activities, tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues or delays. * Communicate with suppliers, drivers, warehouses, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations. * Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery reports, and logistics records. * Optimize routes, transportation costs, and delivery schedules for efficiency. * Coordinate with warehouse teams for proper storage, loading, and dispatch of goods. * Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies. * Handle logistics\-related inquiries and provide updates to stakeholders. * Support inventory management and supply chain coordination as needed. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * At least 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination. * Strong organizational and time\-management skills. * Excellent communication and coordination abilities. * Knowledge of logistics systems, routing, and supply chain processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics tracking systems. * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. * Willing to work on\-site. **Nice to Have:** * Experience in freight forwarding, warehousing, or distribution operations. * Familiarity with ERP or logistics management systems. * Knowledge of import/export documentation and compliance. * Experience in inventory control and supply chain optimization. * Background in cost reduction and process improvement in logistics. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package. * Government\-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag\-IBIG). * 13th month pay. * Performance\-based incentives and bonuses. * Career growth and advancement opportunities. * Ongoing training and professional development. * Supportive and collaborative work environment. * Paid leaves and company benefits. * Opportunity to improve supply chain efficiency and logistics operations.
