Job Summary: The Operations Excellence Manager leads continuous improvement strategies and operational transformation to enhance organizational performance, efficiency, and quality through the application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Key Features of the Role: 1. Leading continuous improvement initiatives and implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. 2. Analyzing processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. 3. Leadership experience in operational excellence within the oil & gas or industrial sectors. Operations Excellence Manager Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement operational excellence strategies and organizational performance improvement. * Lead continuous improvement (CI) initiatives and apply methodologies: * Lean * Six Sigma * Operational Excellence * Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. * Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational performance reports. * Lead operational transformation projects to enhance productivity and quality. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure standardized procedures and achievement of operational goals. * Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and optimize operational processes. * Support change management programs and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. * Monitor compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards. * Provide recommendations to senior management based on data and performance analysis. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. * Minimum 10–15 years of experience in operations or operational excellence, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Experience in oil & gas, industrial, or corporate operations sectors. * Professional certifications are a strong advantage, such as: * Lean Six Sigma Black Belt * PMP * Operational Excellence Certification * Strong data analysis and project management skills. * Excellent leadership, communication, and team management capabilities. * Proficiency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
