We are seeking an experienced **Senior IT Project Manager** to lead complex technology projects from planning through implementation and operational handover. The successful candidate will coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, clients and third\-party vendors while ensuring that projects are delivered within the agreed scope, budget and schedule. This role is suitable for a commercially aware technology professional with strong project governance, stakeholder management and enterprise systems experience. Key Responsibilities **Project Leadership:** Lead enterprise technology projects across software implementation, infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity and digital transformation. **Project Planning:** Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, resource requirements and delivery milestones. **Stakeholder Management:** Build strong working relationships with clients, senior management, technical teams, business users and external vendors. **Requirements Coordination:** Work with business analysts and technical specialists to confirm requirements, priorities and acceptance criteria. **Budget Management:** Prepare project budgets, monitor expenditure and control costs throughout the delivery lifecycle. **Risk Management:** Identify project risks, issues and dependencies and implement appropriate mitigation and escalation plans. **Team Coordination:** Coordinate developers, engineers, consultants, analysts, support teams and implementation partners. **Vendor Management:** Manage technology suppliers, service providers and contractors while monitoring quality, performance and contractual obligations. **Project Governance:** Maintain project plans, risk registers, action logs, change requests, status reports and governance documentation. **Quality Assurance:** Ensure that solutions meet technical specifications, business requirements, security standards and agreed quality expectations. **Testing and Deployment:** Coordinate testing, user acceptance, data migration, deployment, training and operational handover activities. **Change Management:** Support business teams through process changes, system adoption and organizational transformation. **Performance Reporting:** Provide clear project updates covering progress, budget, risks, decisions and upcoming priorities. **Continuous Improvement:** Review completed projects and recommend improvements to delivery processes, tools and governance practices. What We Are Looking For * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline. * Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, technology consulting or systems implementation. * At least 3 years of experience managing complex enterprise technology projects. * Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder communication. * Experience delivering software, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity or digital transformation projects. * Strong understanding of project governance and change\-control procedures. * Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. * Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Arabic language proficiency is considered an advantage.
