Job Summary: Develop and monitor the organization's strategic plan, conduct strategic analyses, and support senior management in decision-making through analysis and preparation of executive reports. Coordinating with various departments to ensure goal alignment Strategic Planning Manager Key Responsibilities: * Develop and monitor the organization's strategic plan aligned with the company's vision and objectives. * Conduct strategic analyses, market research, and competitor studies. * Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track implementation of strategic initiatives. * Support senior management in decision-making through analysis and preparation of executive reports. * Lead annual planning operations and institutional performance management. * Monitor execution of strategic projects and initiatives and ensure achievement of defined objectives. * Apply strategic planning tools and methodologies such as: * SWOT Analysis * Balanced Scorecard * OKRs * Business Performance Frameworks * Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of operational goals with overall strategy. * Prepare presentations and periodic reports for the Board of Directors and Executive Management. * Support organizational transformation programs and change management. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. * A Master’s degree (MBA) or professional certifications in strategic planning are preferred. * Minimum 10–15 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or institutional performance. * Experience in major sectors such as oil & gas, energy, government, or multinational corporations. * Strong strategic analytical and executive reporting skills. * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. * Proficiency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
