Summary: The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, labor compliance, camp management, and company security coordination for AL AALI International W.L.L. Highlights: 1. Lead HR functions: recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance. 2. Manage camp operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. 3. Develop and implement company security policies and procedures. The HR Manager is responsible for managing all human resource functions of AL AALI International W.L.L, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, labor compliance, camp management, and company security coordination. Roles \& Responsibilities: \- **1\.Human Resources Management** * Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company objectives. * Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, workforce planning, and mobilization of staff for projects. * Manage employee records, contracts, renewals, resignation and terminations. * Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. * Ensure compliance with labor laws, construction regulations, and company policies. * Conduct performance management processes and employee evaluations. * Support training and development programs for staff and workers. **2\. Payroll \& Compensation Management** * Manage end\-to\-end payroll processing for staff and site workers. * Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, allowances, deductions, and benefits. * Coordinate with finance/accounts for salary payments and payroll as well as cash in advance. * Maintain payroll records in compliance with statutory and audit requirements. * Manage records, attendance, and timesheets from construction sites. * Handle employee benefits, insurance, and end\-of\-service settlements. **3\. Camp Management (Labor/Staff Accommodation)** * Oversee management of labor camps and staff accommodations. * Ensure camps comply with health, safety, and local authority regulations. * Coordinate facilities such as accommodation, transport, hygiene, and utilities. * Manage camp staff, housekeeping, security and maintenance services. * Address worker welfare issues and resolve camp\-related complaints. * Conduct regular camp inspections and audits. **4\. Company Security Management** * Develop and implement company security policies and procedures. * Coordinate with security service providers for offices, camps, and project sites. * Supervise access control, visitor management, and asset protection. * Investigate security incidents, thefts, or breaches and report to management. * Ensure compliance with safety and emergency response procedures. * Coordinate with HSE and project teams on risk prevention and site safety. **5\.Employee Relationships** * Conduct employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture. * Manage the disciplinary process in line with company policies and labor laws. * Conduct investigations into employee misconduct, policy violations, or complaints. * Prepare investigation reports, findings, and recommendations. * Issue warning letters, show\-cause notices, suspension letters, and termination documentation as required. * Ensure disciplinary actions are fair, documented, and legally compliant. * Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies. **6\.Performance Management** * Monitor performance appraisal systems * Support managers with goal\- setting and feedback processes * Identify high – Potential employees for future growth within the organization \& succession planning. **7\. Training \& Development** * Identify skills gaps and training needed. * Organize learning, development and leadership programs. * Support career development and internal growth **8\.Compliance \& Administration** * Ensure adherence to labor laws, immigration rules, and construction regulations. * Manage visas, work permits, medicals, and legal documentation where applicable. * Liaise with government authorities, labor departments, and auditors. * Prepare HR reports, manpower plans, and management dashboards. * Support internal and external audits related to HR, payroll, and camp operations.
