Your work directly empowers our entire team to achieve seamless operational success every single day. **Key Responsibilities** * **Rapid Response Support:** Provide rapid, top\-tier technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues both in\-person and remotely. * **Infrastructure Deployment:** Install, configure, and maintain laptops, workstations (Windows \& macOS), network printers, and office connectivity equipment (Wi\-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls). * **Cloud \& Identity Management:** Oversee user accounts, access permissions, and secure cloud configurations across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and internal specialized platforms. * **Cybersecurity \& Data Integrity:** Enforce modern data security protocols, monitor endpoint protection/antivirus tools, and manage routine backup schedules to safeguard vital company data. * **Asset \& Inventory Management:** Track IT inventory, audit hardware/software assets, and recommend smart, cost\-effective tech upgrades to keep our workplace ahead of the curve. * **Seamless Onboarding:** Set up new team members with their tech packages and permissions so they can hit the ground running on Day 1\. **Who You Are** * **The Troubleshooter:** You possess a sharp analytical mind. When a system throws an error, you don’t just apply a temporary band\-aid—you find the root cause and a permanent fix. * **The Technical Toolkit:** You have **2 to 5 years of professional experience** in an IT Support, Helpdesk, or Systems Administration role. A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant certifications (CompTIA A\+/Network\+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified Associate) is highly valued. * **Multi\-Platform Fluidity:** You feel equally comfortable navigating Windows enterprise environments, troubleshooting macOS quirks, and tweaking network configurations. * **A People Person:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
