Opportunities for professional growth **Job Title:** Logistics Coordinator **Company:** Zajil\-JO LLC **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Summary:** Zajil\-JO LLC is seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize the company’s supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining efficient communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations from order placement to final delivery * Arrange transportation, including land, sea, and air shipments * Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status * Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations * Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork * Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents * Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies * Maintain accurate records of inventory and logistics activities * Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce costs * Support warehouse operations when required **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field * Proven experience in logistics or supply chain coordination (2–4 years preferred) * Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and documentation * Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Strong communication and problem\-solving abilities * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Knowledge of the Qatar market and local regulations is an advantage **Key Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Time management * Analytical thinking * Team collaboration * Customer service orientation **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package * Health insurance * Opportunities for professional growth * Supportive and dynamic work environment نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
