Based in our Al Sadd headquarters, you will be the technical lead on a diverse portfolio of high\-rise residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are looking for a visionary engineer who combines technical mastery with the leadership skills to mentor a high\-performing team and represent the firm to prestigious clients and government authorities. **Key Responsibilities** * **Technical Leadership:** Direct the structural design and analysis of complex projects using advanced FEA software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000\). * **Quality Assurance:** Review and approve all structural plans, calculations, and specifications, ensuring 100% compliance with Qatar Building Codes and international standards (ACI, BS, Eurocodes). * **Project Governance:** Lead the structural engineering lifecycle from conceptual design through to IFC (Issued for Construction) and site supervision. * **Authority Coordination:** Manage the submission and approval process with the MMUP/UPDA and Civil Defense. * **Team Mentorship:** Oversee a team of Structural Engineers and Draftsmen, fostering professional growth and ensuring technical excellence. * **Client Liaison:** Act as the primary technical point of contact for architects, developers, and government stakeholders. **Required Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering. * **Professional Status:** **UPDA Grade A** registration is highly preferred. * **Experience:** 15\+ years of experience in structural design, with at least 5 years in a Principal or Lead capacity on large\-scale projects. * **Software Mastery:** Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and structural analysis suites. * **Standards:** Deep knowledge of QCS (Qatar Construction Specifications) and international structural codes. **Benefits** * **QAR 40,000 Monthly Salary** (Fully tax\-free). * Executive health insurance for self and family. * Annual business\-class flight allowance. * End\-of\-service gratuity and performance bonuses. الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
