Maintain highest standards for luxury and exotic vehicles **The Appointment** Derma Vogue Aesthetics is seeking an impeccable VIP Valet Manager to oversee the arrival and departure experience at our flagship clinic in The Pearl\-Qatar. As the first and last point of contact for our elite clientele, you will ensure that the "Derma Vogue" standard of luxury begins the moment a patient arrives. This role requires a sophisticated leader who can balance high\-volume valet logistics with white\-glove concierge service. **Elite Service Responsibilities** * **Arrival Experience:** Direct and oversee the valet team to ensure immediate, seamless vehicle reception for all clinic guests and VIPs. * **Operational Oversight:** Coordinate parking logistics within The Pearl’s premium parking zones, ensuring vehicle security and rapid retrieval. * **Concierge Integration:** Act as a liaison between the arrival desk and the clinical staff, announcing VIP arrivals and managing specialized guest requests. * **Team Excellence:** Recruit, train, and supervise a professional valet staff, enforcing strict codes of conduct, grooming, and high\-end automotive handling. * **Vehicle Care:** Ensure the highest standards of care for luxury and exotic vehicles, maintaining a zero\-incident environment. **Professional Profile** * Minimum 5 years of experience in valet management or luxury hospitality (5\-star hotels or high\-end private clinics preferred). * Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on "anticipatory service." * Valid Qatar Driver’s License and experience handling a wide range of luxury and performance vehicles. * Polished professional appearance and superior communication skills in English; Arabic or European languages are a major asset. * Deep understanding of the service standards expected in The Pearl\-Qatar community. **Package \& Benefits** * Fixed Monthly Salary: QAR 9,500\. * Full company sponsorship and residency permit. * Comprehensive health insurance. * Annual flight allowance and 30 days leave. * Incentives for service excellence. الراتب المدفوع: QAR٩٬٥٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
