This role is ideal for a senior design professional with a strong portfolio, leadership experience, and a passion for delivering innovative and impactful creative solutions. The Principal Design Director will oversee creative direction, guide design teams, and ensure the delivery of high\-quality design projects aligned with brand and client objectives. Key Responsibilities * Lead creative direction and design strategy across projects and campaigns. * Oversee design teams and ensure excellence in execution and innovation. * Develop and maintain strong visual identities and brand standards. * Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate concepts into compelling designs. * Review and approve design outputs to ensure consistency and quality. * Mentor and develop creative talent within the team. * Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices. * Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables. * Contribute to business development and client engagement initiatives. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or related field. * Proven experience in senior design leadership roles. * Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and innovation. * Proficiency in design tools and creative software. * Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. * Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and design strategy.
