Expertise in resins, laminates, and composite materials We are looking for a **Fiberglass Technician** to handle boat construction, maintenance, and repair using fiberglass materials, ensuring high\-quality finishing suitable for luxury standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Repair and build **fiberglass boat structures and components** * Perform **lamination, molding, sanding, and polishing** * Fix cracks, leaks, and structural damages * Apply **gel coat and finishing surfaces** * Ensure quality control and aesthetic finishing for luxury boats * Follow safety standards when handling chemicals and materials **Requirements** * 2–5 years of experience in fiberglass work (marine preferred) * Knowledge of **resins, laminates, and composite materials** * Ability to work with hand and power tools * Attention to detail and craftsmanship **Preferred** * Experience in yacht or luxury boat repair/manufacturing * Ability to read boat design drawings Experience: * similar role : 3 years (Required) License/Certification: * Qatar ID (Required) Work Location: In person
