Summary: This role involves serving as a primary point of alignment between internal units and external vendors for IT procurement and managing IT assets and user accounts. Highlights: 1. Oversee local network stability and troubleshoot basic network issues **REMUNERATION PARAMETERS:** * **Monthly Fixed Payroll:** QAR 9,500 (all\-inclusive flat rate) * **Corporate Allocations:** Full Qatar residency visa processing, private medical insurance policy, and annual paid leave blocks aligned strictly with Qatar Labor Law. **OPERATIONAL ACCOUNTABILITY MATRIX:** * Serving as the primary point of alignment between internal business units and external technology vendors for all IT procurement, hardware servicing, and software licensing renewals. * Supervising the installation, maintenance, and regular lifecycle inventory of all corporate IT assets, including workstations, local servers, networking equipment, and mobile devices. * Administering user accounts, system permissions, and group policies within corporate Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and local network directories. * Coordinating local IT helpdesk workflows, ensuring tier\-1 technical support tickets are accurately logged, tracked, and resolved within established timelines. * Overseeing local network stability, troubleshooting basic firewall, router, and switch issues, and verifying that automated daily system backups execute cleanly. * Drafting clear corporate IT policies, standard operating procedures, and technical onboarding manuals for newly joined personnel. **TECHNICAL PREREQUISITE PROFILE:** * **Academic Foundation:** University degree or advanced diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related engineering field. * **Field Experience:** Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven hands\-on experience handling IT coordination, system administration, or tech helpdesk operations within the GCC region. * **Technical Skillset:** Strong functional understanding of TCP/IP networking, endpoint security tools, Windows/Linux server management, and corporate cloud environments. * **Communication Flow:** Highly fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory to coordinate effectively with external technical suppliers and translate complex technical issues to non\-technical business leaders.
