**Key Responsibilities** * Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures. * Troubleshoot and fix plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, low pressure, broken pipes, and faulty valves. * Install and repair plumbing fixtures including faucets, toilets, sinks, water heaters, pumps, and filters. * Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid plumbing failures and ensure system efficiency. * Inspect pipes, fittings, and fixtures to identify wear, damage, or required upgrades. * Clear clogged drains, sewage lines, and grease traps using appropriate tools. * Test plumbing systems to ensure proper flow, pressure, and functionality. * Respond to emergency plumbing calls and facility maintenance requests. * Ensure all work is compliant with plumbing codes and safety regulations. * Prepare reports on completed work, material usage, and system conditions. * Coordinate with supervisors, electricians, HVAC technicians, and contractors as needed. **Qualifications** * Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and repair techniques. * Ability to interpret plumbing drawings and technical manuals. * Experience in building or facility maintenance is preferred. * Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. * Understanding of safety standards and preventive maintenance.
