Manage Baggage Tub Circulating Services We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to oversee and manage operational contracts within a full day environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, proven experience managing large teams, and preferably hands\-on experience in an **airport environment**, particularly with **Baggage Tub Circulating Services**. Key Responsibilities * Manage and oversee day\-to\-day project and contract operations. * Lead and supervise a workforce of **60\+ employees** in a continuous operation. * Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services in line with contractual requirements. * Manage airport\-related operations, including Baggage Tub Circulating Services. * Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory requirements, Health \& Safety regulations, and company policies. * Monitor operational performance, quality, productivity, and service standards. * Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and operational teams. * Identify and resolve operational issues proactively. * Maintain a safe, efficient, and professional working environment. Requirements * **Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management** or a related field. * Minimum **8 years of experience** in a similar Project Manager position. * At least **1 year of experience in an airport environment**. * Minimum **3 years of experience managing contracts in a 24/7, 365\-day operation**. * Proven experience managing **at least 60 employees**. * Good knowledge of **Baggage Tub Circulating Services** and related airport operations. * Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Knowledge of relevant **statutory requirements and Health \& Safety regulations**. * Proactive, energetic, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure.
