Long-term growth opportunity as the agency scales **Job Title: Sales Development Representative \& Business Development Executive.** About the Role We are looking for a sharp, confident, and results\-driven Sales \& Business Development Executive to join our growing tech agency. This is not an entry\-level role. We need someone who has been in the trenches someone who knows how to find leads, start conversations, close deals, and represent a brand professionally in front of clients. If you are the kind of person who treats every prospect as an opportunity and every rejection as data, keep reading. What You'll Be Doing \- Actively sourcing and qualifying leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, and cold email campaigns \- Writing and submitting high\-converting proposals on Upwork and Fiverr that win projects not just get seen \- Building and executing outbound cold email sequences (Apollo, Instantly, or similar tools) \- Owning the full GTM (Go\-To\-Market) motion for new service offerings from targeting to pipeline to close \- Attending video calls and client meetings, representing the company with confidence and clarity \- Following up persistently without being pushy — knowing the difference matters \- Collaborating with the technical team to understand deliverables and translate them into compelling pitches What We're Looking For \- 2\+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or freelance platform bidding \- Hands\-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator — not just a LinkedIn profile, actual prospecting \- Demonstrated success on Upwork and/or Fiverr — show us proposals that won \- Cold email experience with measurable results (open rates, reply rates, meetings booked) \- Sales closer mentality you are comfortable on calls, you handle objections well, and you know how to move a deal forward \- Working knowledge of IT services — mobile app development, web development, SaaS enough to have an intelligent conversation with a client without needing a technical co\-pilot on every call \- Excellent written and spoken English — your proposals and emails need to be sharp \- Confident, self\-motivated, and accountable — you manage your own pipeline and hit targets without being micromanaged Nice to Have \- Experience working in or with a software development agency \- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, or similar) \- Experience targeting clients in the Gulf region or international markets What We Offer \- Base \+ commission structure (performance is rewarded generously) \- Remote and flexible working arrangement \- Direct access to leadership — no bureaucracy \- Long\-term growth opportunity as the agency scales \- Work on real, meaningful tech projects across mobile, web, and AI To Apply Send us the following: 1\.
