




Summary: This role involves continuous monitoring of security systems, incident response, and coordination with security personnel and emergency services. Highlights: 1. Coordinate with site teams and emergency services Key Responsibilities * Monitor CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and security systems continuously. * Identify, assess, and respond to security and safety incidents. * Dispatch security personnel and emergency responders when required. * Maintain accurate logs of incidents, alarms, and operational activities. * Coordinate with site teams, security personnel, and emergency services. * Escalate critical incidents to management promptly. * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. * Monitor system performance and report technical issues. * Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures. * Support emergency preparedness and crisis management activities. Qualifications * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a Control Room or Security Operations Center. * Experience with CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm Monitoring Systems. * Strong communication and reporting skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Skills * Security Operations Center (SOC) experience. * Incident Management and Emergency Response knowledge. * Ability to work rotational shifts.
