Customer Service \& After\-Sales Executive (Remote) – Female We are looking for a customer\-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, handling after\-sales support, resolving customer concerns, and building long\-term customer relationships while also supporting sales conversion activities. Key Responsibilities Conduct post\-delivery follow\-up calls to customers and collect feedback on products and services. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining regular communication with customers. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service\-related issues professionally and efficiently. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Manage customer support through WhatsApp, Interakt, and other communication channels. Respond promptly to customer messages and provide accurate information and solutions. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and loyalty. Maintain and update customer records, interactions, and follow\-up activities in the CRM system. Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. Follow company policies and customer service standards to ensure consistent service quality. Act as a sales representative when handling incoming customer calls and inquiries. Convert customer inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and assisting customers in placing orders. Requirements Female candidate preferred. Previous experience in customer service, customer support, telesales, after\-sales support, or a related role. Strong customer\-handling, sales, negotiation, and problem\-solving abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote environment. English proficiency is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
