The successful candidate will assist in ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting team performance. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily restaurant operations and service activities. * Ensure guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service. * Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout the outlet. * Assist in coordinating staff schedules and daily assignments. * Support the training and development of restaurant team members. * Monitor service quality and address guest concerns in a professional manner. * Assist in implementing promotional activities and special events. * Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and health regulations. * Maintain operational records, checklists, and departmental documentation. * Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations. Requirements * Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment. * Supervisory experience in Food \& Beverage operations is preferred. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to lead and motivate a team. * Strong organizational and problem\-solving abilities. * Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards. * Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
