Opportunity to contribute to improving operational processes **Junior Tech Fund Administrator** About the Role The company is seeking a Junior Technology Fund Administrator to support the administrative and financial operations of investment funds in the technology sector. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring fund financial data, supporting reporting processes, verifying transactions, and assisting in preparing regulatory and operational documents to ensure accurate and seamless fund management. Responsibilities * Support administrative and financial operations of technology investment funds. * Monitor and record fund-related financial transactions. * Prepare periodic reports on fund financial performance. * Verify the accuracy of data entered into fund management systems. * Assist with account and bank reconciliations. * Support preparation of regulatory and compliance reports for supervisory authorities. * Coordinate with accounting, investment, and internal audit teams. * Track investor subscriptions and redemptions. * Maintain and organize fund financial and legal documentation. * Contribute to improving operational processes and data management systems. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Information Systems. * 0–3 years of experience (fresh graduate or limited experience in finance/accounting). * Basic knowledge of capital markets or fund management is an advantage. * Strong Excel and numerical analysis skills. * High data entry accuracy and attention to detail. * Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team. * Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
