Coordinate with staff, maintain service logs, and ensure safety standards. **Position Overview** We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment in restaurants and cafés, with the flexibility to travel across sites in Qatar. A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory. **Key Responsibilities** * Install, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment including ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, grills, mixers, and coffee machines. * Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and safety. * Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime. * Coordinate with restaurant and café staff to identify issues and recommend solutions. * Maintain service logs, spare parts inventory, and ensure compliance with safety standards. * Travel to multiple outlets across Qatar to provide on\-site support. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification). * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in kitchen equipment maintenance within restaurants or cafés. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration, and mechanical troubleshooting. * Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory). **Preferred Attributes** * Previous experience in hospitality or F\&B industry. * Flexibility to work shifts and respond to urgent repair calls. * Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs.
