Position Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will handle customer inquiries, bookings, and administrative tasks while maintaining a warm and professional atmosphere. Passion for animals is essential. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and pets warmly upon arrival. Handle phone calls, emails, and walk\-in inquiries efficiently. Schedule and manage appointments for grooming, boarding, and retail services. Maintain accurate records of clients, pets, and transactions. Assist with retail sales and process payments. Support the operations team with basic administrative tasks. Communicate updates, issues, and feedback to management promptly. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming. Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Comfortable working around animals and a pet\-friendly environment. Basic computer skills (MS Office, booking systems, POS systems).
