Job Description Asherij Hotel is looking for a professional, friendly, and customer\-focused **Receptionist** to join our Front Office team in Doha, Qatar. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check\-in and check\-out procedures, responding to guest inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner. * Handle guest check\-in and check\-out procedures accurately. * Manage guest reservations, room assignments, and related inquiries. * Answer phone calls, emails, and guest requests promptly. * Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. * Handle guest complaints and requests professionally and efficiently. * Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to meet guest requirements. * Maintain accurate guest records and front desk documentation. * Handle payments and other front\-office transactions when required. * Maintain a professional appearance and a high standard of customer service. * Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards. Requirements * Valid Qatar ID is required. * Previous hotel or front desk experience is preferred. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * **Arabic\-speaking candidates are preferred.** * Good English communication skills. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced hotel environment. * Strong customer\-service and problem\-solving skills.
