




**Job Summary** We are seeking a professional and customer\-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, handle communications, and provide administrative support to ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner * Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls * Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings * Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries * Maintain front desk records and basic filing systems * Respond to general inquiries via phone and email * Support administrative tasks as assigned by management * Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable **Qualifications and Skills** * High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage * Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Good organizational and multitasking abilities * Basic computer skills (email, word processing, spreadsheets) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to QAR4,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you able to fluently speak Arabic? * Are you okay with a 4000 QAR salary?
