Summary: This role involves designing, developing, and customizing Odoo modules, integrating with third-party systems, and ensuring system performance and data integrity. Highlights: 1. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Odoo functionality and performance issues. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (standard and custom) to meet business requirements. * Analyze functional requirements from various departments (Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory, CRM) and translate them into technical specifications. * Develop, test, and deploy new features, workflows, and automations within the Odoo platform. * Integrate Odoo with third\-party systems and APIs (e.g., payment gateways, banking systems, government portals). * Perform database design, optimization, and management (PostgreSQL) to ensure system performance and data integrity. * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Odoo functionality, performance, and data accuracy. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed modules, configurations, and integrations. * Conduct system upgrades and version migrations with minimal disruption to business operations. * Provide technical support and training to end users on Odoo functionalities. * Ensure compliance with data security, access control, and company IT policies. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and system improvement. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands\-on experience developing and customizing Odoo ERP Proven experience with Python, XML, and PostgreSQL in an Odoo development environment. Prior experience in module development, workflow automation, and third\-party API integration. Experience in the trading and retail sector is an advantage.
