The Supply Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all supply\-related operations within the fleet department. This role ensures efficient management of vehicle supplies, spare parts, documentation, and vendor coordination to maintain smooth daily operations and timely delivery of resources.
**What You’ll Get Your Hands On:**
* Monitor and enforce driver behavior compliance with company SOPs, including quality standards, conduct, uniform, hygiene, and delivery instructions.
* Coordinate the supply and distribution of fleet\-related materials, including spare uniforms, and accessories.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability for operational needs.
* Ensure recovery and proper return of all company merchandise from 3PLs, including tracking, follow\-ups, and escalation in case of non\-compliance.
* Conduct training and refresher sessions for drivers on behavior standards, application usage, and policy updates to ensure consistent compliance and performance.
* Collaborate with other teams (BI, Customer Support, Vendor Ops, Marketing, etc) to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure smooth end\-to\-end service delivery.
* Prepare and share regular operational reports on compliance, incidents, and key issues with relevant stakeholders.
**The Magic You Bring**
* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supply or logistics coordination, preferably in a **fleet or transport** environment.
* Strong knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance, and supply procedures.
* Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory management systems.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Pay: QAR4,500\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month
