Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams **Job Title: General Practitioner (GP)** **Location:** Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Job Summary:** We are seeking a qualified and compassionate **General Practitioner (GP)** to provide high\-quality primary medical care to patients of all age groups. The GP will be responsible for diagnosing and treating common illnesses, managing chronic conditions, and promoting preventive healthcare in accordance with Qatar healthcare regulations and best practices. **Key Responsibilities:*** Conduct patient consultations, physical examinations, and medical assessments. * Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. * Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with approved clinical guidelines. * Provide preventive care, health education, and lifestyle counseling to patients. * Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and laboratory results. * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date patient medical records. * Refer patients to specialists or hospitals when required. * Ensure compliance with Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) regulations and clinical standards. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development. Work collaboratively with nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff. * **Requirements \& Qualifications:*** Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution. * Valid **Qatar Medical License (QCHP / DHP)** or eligibility to obtain one. * Minimum **2–3 years of clinical experience** as a General Practitioner (preferred). * Strong diagnostic, clinical, and decision\-making skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. **Benefits:*** Competitive salary package. * Supportive and professional working environment. * Opportunities for professional growth. * As per Qatar Labor Law.
