Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch teams Packaging Supervisor **Location:** Qatar Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **Packaging Supervisor** to oversee the production of paper packaging boxes. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in box manufacturing, die\-cutting, gluing, finishing, and quality control, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining high\-quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily box manufacturing and packaging operations. * Plan and monitor production schedules. * Manage and lead the production team. * Ensure production targets and delivery deadlines are met. * Monitor product quality throughout the production process. * Coordinate with the design, production, and dispatch teams. * Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished products. * Ensure workplace safety and proper housekeeping. * Prepare daily production reports and resolve production issues. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Packaging Supervisor or similar role. * Experience in manufacturing **paper boxes, rigid boxes, folding cartons, and corrugated boxes**. * Strong knowledge of **die\-cutting, creasing, gluing, folding, laminating, and finishing processes**. * Ability to read and understand **die\-line drawings and production specifications**. * Knowledge of quality control procedures and production planning. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and MS Office).
