**Job Description:** We are seeking a **Fit\-Out Engineer** with solid experience in **interior fit\-out projects in Qatar** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination, basic design coordination, and commercial support related to fit\-out works, ensuring all activities are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage day\-to\-day fit\-out site activities. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams. * Review and implement approved shop drawings and material submittals. * Ensure works are executed in compliance with **QCS standards**, project specifications, and consultant requirements. * Monitor project progress and prepare regular site and progress reports. * Ensure quality control, workmanship standards, and site safety compliance. * Coordinate inspections, snag lists, and handover activities. * Assist in **project pricing, cost estimation, and preparation of BOQs**. * Perform **quantity take\-offs** from drawings for fit\-out works. * Resolve site technical issues and coordinate design clarifications when required. **Requirements \& Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field**. * **Minimum 5 years of proven experience** in **fit\-out / interior works**. * **Previous work experience in Qatar is mandatory**. * Experience in **basic and practical use of AutoCAD** (reviewing drawings, simple modifications, and quantity extraction). * Knowledge of **project pricing, cost estimation, and quantity take\-off** for fit\-out works. * Strong understanding of fit\-out materials, finishes, and site execution practices. * Familiarity with **QCS**, **QCDD requirements**, and consultant approval procedures. * Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is an advantage. * Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). * **Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)**. * Ability to work independently, manage site activities, and meet deadlines.
