Job Summary: An interior designer responsible for meeting with clients, conducting on-site supervision, preparing interior designs and AutoCAD drawings, quantity take-offs, and coordinating with stakeholders in villa projects. Participation in high-end villa and finishing projects **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Meet with clients to understand their requirements for villa, residential, and commercial project designs. * Conduct on-site visits and supervise compliance of designs with execution. * Prepare interior designs for villas and projects (interior spaces, finishes, materials, colors). * Use **AutoCAD** to prepare construction and detailed drawings. * Prepare **Bill of Quantities (BOQ)** for interior finishes. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and engineering offices to ensure execution quality. * Present designs and proposals to clients professionally, aligned with the premium market segment. * Monitor the project from the design phase through to execution. **Required Qualifications and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Interior Design or Architecture**. * Prior experience in interior design and finishing (villa experience preferred). * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (3D software such as 3ds Max or SketchUp is preferred). * Ability to perform quantity take-offs and understand finishing materials. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with clients. * Knowledge of the Qatari market, types of finishes, and materials. * Valid Qatari driving license. * Ability to conduct on-site work and visit project locations. * Fluency in both **Arabic and English**, written and spoken. **Benefits:** * Competitive fixed salary (commensurate with experience). * Professional and upscale work environment. * Opportunity for professional development and growth within a specialized company with a strong market reputation. * Participation in high-end villa and finishing projects.
