With attention to detail, quality materials, and modern design principles, Driear aims to create environments that reflect each client’s vision while ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and long\-term value. **What You’ll Do** * Manage interior design projects from concept development to final execution * Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements, preferences, and budget * Collaborate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders * Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans * Oversee site visits and ensure design implementation meets quality standards * Source materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes * Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays * Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations * Prepare and present design proposals and progress reports **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field * At least 3–5 years of experience in interior design and project management * Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and space planning * Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) * Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills * Strong communication and client management abilities * Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines **Nice to Have** * Experience in commercial or restaurant design projects * Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimation * Project management certification (PMP or similar) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary (QAR 264,000 / year) * Government\-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag\-IBIG) * 13th month pay * Opportunities for career growth and creative development * Supportive and collaborative work environment Pay: QAR264,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
