Key role in coordinating design and execution teams We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Interior Fit\-Out Sales \& Site Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, understanding their requirements, taking site measurements, preparing basic floor plans, and closing deals. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge in interior fit\-out and strong sales skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Meet clients to understand their interior fit\-out requirements * Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements * Prepare basic floor plans/layouts based on site conditions * Present design ideas and solutions to clients * Coordinate with design and execution teams * Prepare quotations and follow up with clients * Negotiate and close sales deals * Maintain strong client relationships **Requirements:** * Experience in interior fit\-out, construction, or related field * Ability to take site measurements and create basic layouts * Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit\-out processes * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Sales\-driven and target\-oriented mindset * Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software is a plus * Valid driving license in Qatar (preferred) Work Location: In person
