We are seeking a Senior Architectural Design Manager who will take ownership of our design direction and lead complex, high\-value projects across Qatar. This is not just a delivery role you will define design strategy, guide multidisciplinary teams, and ensure every project meets world\-class standards. You will be involved in strategic planning and client engagement from the earliest stages of every project. **Project Exposure:** Work on large\-scale commercial towers, luxury residential developments, and mixed\-use masterplans that shape the skyline of Doha. **Growth:** We support continuous professional development, including access to industry events, certifications, and leadership opportunities within the firm. **Key Responsibilities:** **Design Leadership:** Oversee and guide architectural design from concept through detailed execution, ensuring quality, innovation, and compliance with local regulations. **Project Management:** Lead multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, resources, and coordination with consultants and contractors. **Team Development:** Mentor and supervise architects and designers, conducting reviews and ensuring consistent design standards across all outputs. **Client Engagement:** Present design concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, providing clear and confident rationale behind decisions. **Technical Oversight:** Ensure all drawings, specifications, and documentation meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices. **What We Are Looking For:** **Experience:** 10 to 15 years in architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or managerial role within a consultancy or design firm. **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. Professional registration or chartered status is preferred. **Technical Skills:** Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design tools. Strong understanding of BIM processes is an advantage. **Regional Knowledge:** Experience working on projects within Qatar or the GCC region is highly preferred. **Communication:** Strong English communication skills are required for client interaction and documentation. **Mindset:** You are decisive, detail\-oriented, and capable of balancing design excellence with project deadlines and commercial objectives.
